Our XPS wallpaper production focuses on "seamless integration + functional durability", with core processes closely linked. The raw materials are selected from high-purity food-grade PS particles, which are melted and mixed with environmentally friendly modifiers to lay the foundation for E0 grade environmental protection and enhance the anti-shrinkage property at the same time.
By using a German twin-screw extruder, a seamless XPS base material with a width of 3.2m and uniform thickness is directly formed, avoiding the splicing gap from the source and meeting the requirements of an integrated background wall. After the base material is cooled, it is embossed by high-precision steel rollers (with an accuracy of 0.1mm) to restore diverse textures. Infrared thickness measurement ensures that the thickness deviation is ≤0.2mm.
The surface is sprayed with H-grade water-based wear-resistant coating and cured at 120℃, which is scratch-resistant, stain-resistant and easy to clean. The back is coated with micro-protruding pressure-sensitive adhesive, which adheres firmly immediately upon application. Finally, CNC laser cutting (with an error of ≤1mm), combined with a full inspection process, ensures the quality of delivery and is suitable for various home and commercial decoration scenarios.
